Experience Pass®

University of Kentucky Case Study

Kentucky offered a new, flexible season ticket for the fan who values convenience.

Situation

Kentucky was looking to attract a new type of season ticket buyer, one that values flexibility, mobile ticketing, and convenience.

Solution

The Wildcats utilized Experience Pass® to offer subscription access to all home games during the 2016 football season. Fans paid $205 for the Pocket Pass, which guaranteed a seat with a location that varied by game. After having success with the Pocket Pass in 2016, Kentucky offered the flexible ticket again for the 2017 season.

“I have purchased the Pocket Pass the last two seasons and I feel that it is a great value for what you receive...It allows me to get a different perspective for watching a game every home game and that always has me intrigued.”
