Here at Experience, giving back is an important part of our DNA. We’re always looking for ways we can help the community—whether volunteering for Boys and Girls Club events, pitching in for holiday food drives, or even donating funds to local charities, we’re dedicated to giving back throughout the year.
During uncertain times like the ones we’re facing now, that’s no exception. With this in mind, we’ve transformed our technology to help those most in need during the COVID-19 outbreak with Love4Live.
Love4Live is our mobile ticketing platform, reimagined. Due to the flexible nature of our technology, the Experience team has repurposed our platform to serve as an outlet to make donations to four organizations close to our hearts: Crew Nation, Feeding America, Giving Kitchen, and INTIX. In addition, Experience has made a donation to each of these organizations to show our commitment to helping the community during this time of great need.

About the Charities
The Crew Nation fund supports live music crews who have been directly impacted as shows are put on pause due to COVID-19. Crew Nation is designed to help all the backstage staff that help bring concerts to life including: tour managers, production managers, riggers, sound engineers, backline techs, lighting directors/designers, special effects teams, carpenters, and more. Crew Nation is powered by Music Forward Foundation, a charitable 501c3 organization. Live Nation has committed $10 million to Crew Nation – contributing an initial $5 million to the fund, then matching the next $5 million given by artists, fans and employees dollar for dollar. Feeding America® is the largest hunger-relief organization in the United States. Giving Kitchen (GK) is a James Beard award-winning nonprofit organization that provides emergency assistance to food service workers through financial support and a network of community resources in order to create a community where crisis is met with compassion and care, and anyone can be a hero. Since its inception, GK has awarded over $3.4 million in direct financial assistance and has provided a direct service to over 4,000 food service workers in Georgia. GK’s shift starts when theirs can’t. Since the COVID-19 crisis hit Georgia, Giving Kitchen has provided $138,308 in financial assistance to 97 food service workers through living expenses. The International Ticketing Association (INTIX) is a registered non-profit membership organization that connects entertainment professionals with the education, visionary thinking, innovation, tools and relationships they need to ignite and sustain success while delivering optimal customer experiences. The diverse and inclusive community is comprised of more than 1,000 members who work in ticketing, technology, marketing, fundraising, finance and sales across arts, sports and entertainment as well as a full range of public venues and institutions. INTIX members represent organizations from across the United States, Canada and 25 countries around the world. The INTIX Member COVID-19 Relief Fund is in partnership with the INTIX Board of Directors and Stewardship Circle.
